What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-scope asset management for 150-300 commercial solar sites
- Achieve 100% controllable Weather Adjusted Production by solving issues quickly and holding vendors accountable
- Maintain site safety and adhere to OSHA/NFPA70E standards
- Oversee site maintenance budgets and keep spending under control
- Act as a reliable point of contact for tenants and site contacts, addressing issues as they arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience with commercial and industrial solar components
- At least 4 years of solar project management experience, including sourcing and managing subcontractors
- Proficiency in reading 3-line electrical diagrams and diagnosing field issues
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations: OSHA 10/30 and NFPA70E
- A total of 5+ years of professional experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electrical testing methods such as megger, infrared, and ground faults
- Strong writing and communication skills for crafting professional emails and reports
- Familiarity with utility and regulatory requirements in the local region
- Comfortable using various software tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and Slack
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment and take a hands-on approach
