      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of 150-300 commercial solar sites, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance
      - Achieve 100% controllable Weather Adjusted Production by quickly resolving issues and holding vendors accountable
      - Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA/NFPA70E standards
      - Oversee major site remediations and maintain budgets for maintenance spend
      - Act as a primary point of contact for tenants and site contacts, addressing issues as they arise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience with commercial and industrial solar components
      - At least 4 years of solar project management experience, including sourcing and managing subcontractors
      - Ability to read electrical diagrams and diagnose field issues
      - Strong understanding of site safety regulations, including OSHA 10/30 and NFPA70E
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of total professional experience in a related field
      - Experience with electrical testing methods, such as megger and infrared testing
      - Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and emails
      - Familiarity with local utility and regulatory requirements
      - Proven ability to maintain positive vendor relationships while addressing performance issues
