- Competitive Pay: $18.43 to $20.10/hour based on experience

- A good communicator who can work with the public, handle cash, and explain rules clearly
- Someone with a driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to learn — and able to follow rules and safety procedures
- Able to work in all weather, all year round
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) No degree required
- Possession of valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a CDL driver’s license AND be insurable
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to any of the designated Solid Waste sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and obtain necessary certifications within designated time frames
