      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, configure, and test implementations of the Rightsline platform for clients
      - Gather requirements and analyze data to translate business needs into system-driven solutions
      - Lead the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements
      - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their processes and technology usage
      - Engage with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation role
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data modeling and Structured Query Language (SQL)
      - Experience with supporting or managing Financial Systems
