What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical discovery and solution design across the enterprise sales cycle, aligning platform capabilities to customer business goals
- Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and executive audiences, tailoring messaging to address industry-specific use cases
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies, value-based use cases, and compelling solution narratives
- Define and present solution architectures that address customer requirements, integration needs, and scalability considerations
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the evaluation process, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or adjacent fintech technologies
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and technical integrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior technical and executive audiences
