  Buscamos un Solution Delivery Lead con un perfil de gestión y orientado a resultados para liderar la implementación de una nueva iniciativa de operaciones comerciales entre América del Norte y LATAM. Este rol será clave para establecer un hub operativo en México, coordinando equipos multifuncionales y garantizando la integración de procesos, herramientas y estructuras organizativas.

  Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la identificación de necesidades operativas en LATAM para conectar con América del Norte.
  • Coordinar la implementación del Commerce Operations Hub en México.
  • Supervisar el staffing inicial y definir alcances funcionales.
  • Colaborar en el diseño del modelo operativo y de procesos junto con stakeholders clave.
  • Evaluar la integración de herramientas dentro del ecosistema WPP.
  • Estimar volúmenes operativos para la preparación del equipo en julio.
  • Compartir presentaciones estratégicas y estructuras de equipo con stakeholders.
  • Establecer un sistema de actualizaciones regulares para asegurar el progreso continuo.
  • Gestionar la relación MEXICO-LATAM-US.
  • Dominar el modelo de negocio para ofrecer soluciones, modelizarlas y llevarlas a la realidad.

  Requisitos:

  • +7 años de experiencia en delivery de soluciones operativas o tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas regionales o globales de CCE, Enterprise Solutions, Producción a escala.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de comercio digital y ecosistemas colaborativos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Inglés fluido; español nativo o avanzado.
  • Basado en CDMX.
  • VISA para viajar a USA o posibilidad de obtenerla.
