- Design customer solutions including hardware and digital solutions.
- Document activities and outcomes in relevant systems and report progress.
- Regularly travel to existing and new markets to support business development and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical commercial role, preferably within the waste management or environmental sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed business reviews and insightful presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in supporting and managing projects, with strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of product design and technical aspects related to waste management and environmental solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various markets.

Job Description
The Solution Specialist EMEA will conduct business reviews, actively participate in projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions and business growth . The role involves designing customer solutions, documenting progress, and traveling to existing and new markets to support business development within the EMEA region.
