What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their needs and align solutions
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing the platform's capabilities
- Coach and support the sales team with technical expertise, demo scripting, and training
- Capture customer and market insights to influence product direction and innovation
- Represent the employer in external engagements, including senior executive meetings and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect role in SaaS or enterprise software
- Deep expertise in marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)
- Strong technical skills, particularly with APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exceptional demo delivery and storytelling abilities
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing custom demo environments
- Previous success in enabling sales teams with technical training and content
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and engagement with executive stakeholders
