      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate technical accounting features through customized product demos
      - Develop tailored product solutions based on customer requirements and integration options
      - Support Sales and Post-Sales teams with advanced technical and accounting implementations
      - Evaluate customer requirements for new opportunities, conducting use-case analysis and ROI assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial sector
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
      - Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions
      - Expertise in accounting systems and finance/accounting workflows
      - Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with implementing business SaaS solutions and utilizing APIs
      - Strong skills in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing
      - Proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Understanding of Canadian business operations, including regulatory and tax considerations
