      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Account Executives to understand client goals and desired outcomes throughout the sales cycle
      - Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs and translate them into solution requirements
      - Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that communicate the employer's value proposition
      - Support RFP and proposal development with technical details and configuration recommendations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
      - 5–7 years of experience in a SaaS Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering role, ideally in HR Tech
      - Strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage executive audiences
      - Proven ability to lead product demonstrations and connect technology to business outcomes
      - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
      - Familiarity with talent assessments and performance management methodologies
      - Comfort with configuring software or managing demo environments
