What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address business challenges
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Document Cloud solutions to showcase value and capabilities
- Acquire and apply detailed knowledge of cloud-based solutions to mentor and support customers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and solution implementations
- Maintain a consultative approach to identify business gaps and propose effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise software
- Strong presentation skills for engaging and persuasive software demonstrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Availability for travel, potentially up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Document Cloud solutions, including Acrobat Sign, Acrobat, and PDF Services API
- Exceptional ability to engage diverse audiences through effective presentation skills
