What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a core member of the account team, collaborating with customers and prospects during sales cycles
- Conduct discovery sessions to document client requirements and desired business outcomes
- Design technical integration documentation and solution plans for seamless onboarding
- Lead technical sales activities, including creating presentations and facilitating product demonstrations
- Collaborate with product teams to share customer insights and articulate product vision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role at a digital marketing or technology company
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at an executive level
- Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and file transfer systems
