We’re searching for a U.S.-based Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team, so that we can craft and implement strategic, technology-driven solutions that align with our clients’ healthcare goals. The Solutions Consultant will bridge discovery, design, and delivery while partnering closely with clients to understand their business needs and lead solution development from pre-sale to post-launch.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
· Collaborate with mid-enterprise sales and implementation teams to design and deliver healthcare technology solutions
· Lead discovery sessions to identify client workflows, goals, and configuration needs
· Contribute to solution design, testing, and go-live support to ensure a smooth and successful client launch
· Document requirements, use cases, and training materials in order to support implementation and knowledge transfer
· Support technology integration planning and configuration to align client expectations with platform capabilities
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· Experience as a business analyst, preferably within a healthcare or SaaS environment
· Experience supporting software implementation projects from requirements to go-live
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
· Exceptional communication skills and a track record of success in client-facing roles
· Some familiarity with .NET, C#/VB.NET, SQL, XML, HTML, and CSS is a bonus
· Sincere interest in healthcare innovation and helping clients transform workflows through digital solutions
