What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address technical objections and answer customer inquiries during the sales cycle
- Perform tailored sales demonstrations to showcase the product's capabilities
- Provide real-time feedback to founders and product teams based on prospect interactions
- Represent the employer with high customer empathy and structured problem-solving
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer understanding and experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation
- 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions
- Knowledge of tools used in the office of the CFO
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA certification or experience in audit
- Experience in a fast-growing tech environment
