What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell processes
- Maintain expert-level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, API capabilities, and competitive differentiators
- Design, scope, and validate complex technical solutions, including robust API integrations
- Manage critical technical escalations and take ownership of high-priority technical issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best-practice guides, and integration playbooks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Professional Services Consultant
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience guiding customers on implementation
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is highly preferred
