What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with sales teams to identify potential clients for legal technology solutions
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Understand and address customer requirements effectively
- Provide expert advice on the implementation of solutions
- Monitor project timelines and progress against agreed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- Law degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience with generative AI and SaaS solutions in a legal environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Legal Research services and methodology
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution techniques
- Knowledge of relevant software packages used within the industry sector
