What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based on business processes and workflows of existing customers
- Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives regarding customer compatibility with recommended products and features
- Address customer objections by offering creative workflow solutions informed by deep knowledge of the employer's software
- Create clear documentation for delivery to the implementation team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights and updates on product releases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in sales engineering or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
- Associate degree required
- Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization in previous roles
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Natural ability to proactively address roadblocks and issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technical sales or software solutions in the home services industry
- Familiarity with RFIs/RFPs and their responses
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Passion for continuous learning and applying new knowledge to work
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
