What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell products and services by focusing on strategic existing accounts and developing new prospects
- Organize sales territory to efficiently call on current and prospective customers
- Secure and renew orders while ensuring delivery dates are met
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to improve product offerings and resolve customer complaints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% or more
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong written, reading comprehension, and verbal skills
- Good math skills for calculating figures and amounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- SAP experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs
- 3-5 years of experience in the ink industry and commercial printing
