R esponsible for set up and execution of all ad-hoc/daily/weekly/monthly marketing, merchandising & site updates including email campaign set up as well as managing the data related to product setup & categorization, the site and email content calendars, site operations & changes, and all pricing & promotional updates.
Traffic and coordinate all aspects of content production cycle to facilitate the execution of technical and creative initiatives for the website and marketing.
QA/Test all launches of new content /functionality to website from Staging to Production as well as QA email proofs and/or other marketing executions.
Assist with reporting on day-to-day business performance and new site initiatives.
Support & collaborate with larger SOREL Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure business objectives are being met.
A sharp, critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
Adept at managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a high sense of urgency.
F lexible and adaptable with ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Business o r application certification or equivalent experience.
Working understanding of web analytics and KPIs & familiarity with Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools or other analytic tools.
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with website content management systems is a plus.
*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ near Beaverton, OR. In-office expectation is 3 days a week*.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The SOREL North American eCommerce team defines, develops, and delivers a best-in-class consumer experiences for SOREL.com and SORELFOOTWEAR.ca consumers to increase consumer affinity, drive engagement, and ultimately drive sales. Through merchandising, marketing, site operations, technology, and analytics, we collaborate to exceed consumer expectations at every consumer journey touchpoint within the eCommerce channel.
This position has the unique opportunity to support all aspects of the SOREL.com business covering site, content, merchandising, and marketing objectives in the US and Canada. This role is responsible for the supervision and administration of site & marketing functions as part of the content management system for daily/weekly/monthly site changes and with day-to-day site & marketing operations.
Responsibilities include seasonal product set-up & categorization, price book management, site & marketing content setup and validation, delivery of language translations, digital utilization of product and technology photography, videos and badging, weekly merchandising & marketing reporting, as well as promotion management. This role may also be involved with tracking availability of assets, usage guidance, content performance and leverage and go-to support for market planning.
