      At a Glance

      Calling all fitness and technology enthusiasts! Now hiring an organized, engaging, and professional Lead Brand Ambassador who is passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and tech to represent and partner with Soundcore at the Cigna Denver Colfax Marathon Expo. In this role, you’ll act as the main contact for our Client and assist with coordination of the event site. Additionally, you’ll assist with creating memorable and best-in-class experiences by greeting and directing event attendees, distributing giveaways, and providing demos of our client’s cutting-edge Soundcore headphones and earbuds.

      WHEN & WHERE

      • Empower Field at Mile High - 1701 Bryant St. Denver, CO 80204
      • Friday, May 17th from 12pm-7pm & Saturday, May 18th from 10am-5pm
      • A paid virtual training will take place the week of the events – date/time TBD
      • Applicants must be available for all event dates/times and be comfortable working outdoors for the entirety of the event.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO

      • Act as main on-site Client contact and assist with event site coordination.
      • Communicate regularly with remote BDS & MAG Manager and Client Service Team.
      • Assist in providing direction to on-site Brand Ambassador(s).
      • Provide a memorable and best-in-class experience for event attendees through greeting and directing attendees, line management, assembling and handing out promotional items, supporting product demos, answering questions, and sharing key messages.
      • Track interactions and/or attendees as requested.
      • Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space as needed.
      • Represent the Client in a positive and professional demeanor.
      • Other duties as assigned by management & client.

      WHAT YOU NEED

      Experience and Education:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Proven experience in customer service and/or event work
      • Proven leadership and client-facing experience
      • Passion for and knowledge of fitness and/or running
      • Proficiency in technology and product demos

      While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to:

      • Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
      • Able to consistently remain on feet for long periods (5+ hours)
      • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
      • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
      • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
