Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner performs a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our Talent Acquisition department. Primarily responsible for the sourcing of talent by utilizing various technologies to identify and build a solid pool of qualified candidates. Coordinates recruitment processes daily and ensures that all hiring is streamlined and efficient. Maintains up-to-date databases with candidate information, manages communication with candidates, and facilitates logistics for CHOC’s talent acquisition efforts. Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and ensures that the recruitment process is timely and effective. Partners with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provides guidance on best practices, and coordinates sourcing. Responsible for tracking metrics and analyzing data to help improve CHOC’s talent acquisition efforts over time. Works independently, manages multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders.Pay Range
Minimum $78,229 Midpoint $103,667 Maximum $129,085Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum three (3) years recruiting/sourcing experience. Minimum two years of experience working with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Preferred: Three (3) or more years of healthcare souring experience.
Education
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. Four years of additional relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of education.

• Required: Solid knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Specialized Skills
• Required: Knowledge of California employment laws and regulations on sourcing and hiring including EEO and OFCCP compliance. Ability to identify and navigate the differences between various roles within organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to use a range of recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. Solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and sourcing.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the various jobs in the healthcare industry including education, experience and licensures/certifications required.
Licensure
• Required: None.
• Preferred: Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) Certification
