      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Manage candidate assessments and initial screenings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience in the hospitality operations industry
      - Proficiency in recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack
      - Proven ability to work autonomously and contribute innovative ideas
