      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day guidance to internal divisions and sixteen technical colleges on grant management projects
      - Audit and document events and processes related to grant administration
      - Facilitate the collection of new data types through a configurable application flow
      - Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure effective grant procedures
      - Oversee the implementation of new pages in the grants management application

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
      - Five or more years of experience with South Carolina grants and scholarship procedures
      - Two or more years of experience with direct interaction with external stakeholders
      - Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in a related field
      - Must possess all required skills and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experienced with South Carolina grants and scholarship policies and procedures
      - Intimate knowledge of the SCTCS grants management application
      - Strong communication skills
      - Proven planning abilities with an emphasis on meeting established timelines
