What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with SOX implementation, testing, and compliance
- Utilize public accounting and internal audit experience to provide expert guidance
- Conduct risk assessments and scoping activities
- Manage information technology general controls (ITGCs)
- Contribute to process improvement and systems implementation projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 or National Firm OR 3+ years of public accounting and 3+ years of internal audit experience within a US public company OR PCAOB experience
- Internal audit experience
- Manager-level experience in public accounting or a combination of public and industry (public company) internal audit
- Strong background in SOX compliance, including experience with accelerated US public companies
- Leadership experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with risk assessment and scoping
- Knowledge of information technology general controls (ITGCs)
- Background in process improvement and systems implementation
