What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service for current members requesting to cancel their policy through inbound phone calls
- Listen actively, investigate, and identify solutions to retain members who wish to cancel
- Handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy, reflecting the employer's values
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
- Adapt quickly to changes in procedures within a high-growth setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1+ years of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to implement effective retention strategies
- Experience with complex computer systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty License is a plus
- Experience in a pet-related industry
