      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
      - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
      - Perform application data entry accurately and efficiently
      - Respond to online chat inquiries and assist customers with their questions
      - Follow defined procedures and policies while demonstrating creative problem-solving skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
      - Moderate to advanced computer skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
      - Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
      - Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
