What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
- Follow defined procedures and policies while demonstrating creative problem-solving skills
- Adapt to changing projects and updates while managing time and tasks effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device that has a functioning camera for training
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
