What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while interpreting customer needs
- Engage in extensive self-study and training, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, secure workspace
- Committed to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
