What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels, including outbound, inbound, and digital messaging
- Minimize losses by assessing customer situations and providing relevant payment options
- Utilize professional communication to maintain customer goodwill while securing payments
- Manage back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in collections
- 2+ years of advanced-level customer service experience, including detail orientation and negotiation skills
- 1+ years of working-level experience in listening skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in collections
- 2+ years of advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
- 1+ years of working-level experience in decision-making
- Bilingual in Spanish
