      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the effectiveness of the CEO and Executive Team by managing the CEO's calendar and administrative workflows
      - Own the Office of the CEO's "to do" list, ensuring prioritization and completion of tasks across the organization
      - Partner with the Communications Team to share key messages internally and externally
      - Facilitate governance for senior leadership meetings and assist in planning Board of Directors meetings
      - Engage with leaders to identify emerging issues and drive special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of working experience with a graduate degree or 4+ years of working experience with an undergraduate degree, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects efficiently
      - Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
      - Bachelor's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with value-based care and the healthcare ecosystem
      - Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events
      - Advanced degree such as MPH or MBA preferred
      - Ability to work from the employer's Bethesda, MD or New York, NY offices occasionally
