      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure all special education and related services are provided as determined by the IEP team
      - Communicate with parents and related service staff to support students with special needs
      - Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other required special education documentation
      - Facilitate collaborative special education meetings, including annual IEP meetings
      - Monitor student progress towards IEP goals and document all interactions with students and parents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and an active State Special Education teaching license
      - Ability to clear required background checks
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and adapt to new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with the proposed age group and teaching online (virtual) or in a brick-and-mortar environment
      - Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
      - Familiarity with online learning platforms
