      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
      - Communicate with parents and related service staff to ensure students with special needs receive appropriate support
      - Facilitate special education meetings and collaborate with other educators
      - Monitor student progress towards IEP goals and analyze data to drive instructional decisions
      - Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences tailored to individual student needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and an active State Special Education teaching license
      - Ability to clear required background checks
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching online (virtual) and/or in a traditional classroom setting
      - Experience working with the proposed age group and supporting adults and children in technology use
      - Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual teaching methodologies
