      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist teachers in delivering instruction tailored to meet the needs outlined in students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
      - Collaborate with special education and general education teachers to implement strategies for student success
      - Facilitate communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance and progress
      - Track student progress and motivate them through incentives that align with individual goals
      - Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of effective special education programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and one (1) year of experience supporting students, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to pass a required background check
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web applications
      - Excellent communication and time management skills
      - Willingness to travel 20% of the time for meetings and professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an online school setting
      - Familiarity with assistive technology and differentiated instructional methods
      - Background in special education or related fields
      - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with students and families
      - Previous participation in Response to Intervention processes
