      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and track daily student attendance using the Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System (SIS)
      - Identify students demonstrating patterns of absenteeism, focusing on special education and at-risk populations
      - Collaborate with school staff to design and implement individualized attendance support plans
      - Proactively reach out to students and families to provide resources and problem-solving support related to attendance barriers
      - Document all communications and interventions accurately in student records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach
      - Organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and reporting data
      - Proficiency with online systems, spreadsheets, databases, and virtual communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Experience in student/family support, school administration, special education, or customer service strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with Ohio attendance laws or ability to learn quickly
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse families, particularly special education and at-risk populations
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional judgment
