What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle communications and cases for Customer Portals, ensuring quality service at each step
- Manage up to 35-40 cases daily while maintaining an accuracy rate of 97% or higher
- Update portals throughout the day and keep detailed accounts of customer inquiries and resolutions
- Resolve customer problems and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate effectively within a team to meet daily goals and evaluate customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Strong ownership of customer complaints with effective conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to utilize multiple screens simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
