What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Quality Assurance Program and Communications Portal system
- Maintain inspection protocols to ensure compliance with program standards and requirements
- Manage invoice processing and billbacks while tracking data for meaningful insights
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity of QA data and compliance tracking
- Assist in planning and executing communications through the Comms Portal, including scheduling and distribution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, hospitality operations, or compliance-focused roles within the hotel industry
- 2+ years of experience in training and writing training material
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience, and brand standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language, with strong written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with technology platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Project management experience in a global, cross-functional environment
