What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support to all aspects of the Business Continuity Program, including data-driven projects and initiatives
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing Business Continuity Program initiatives
- Document, perform, and implement routine control/risk monitoring initiatives for both the National Executive Office and regional offices
- Conduct system user training and provide consultation on business continuity matters
- Prepare reports and maintain department dashboards for compliance monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in a business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong communication skills for clear internal and external relations
- Technical knowledge of audit, assessment, or quality monitoring standards
- Proven leadership experience in leading projects and teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data management or project management using automated systems
- Familiarity with Business Continuity best practices and trends
