What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on incontinence and skin care products
- Collaborate with the LTC Clinical and Sales Team to enhance account growth and implement programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practice recommendations in skin and wound care
- Complete account updates weekly using designated spreadsheets
- Attend conferences and sales meetings for ongoing learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current registration as an RN or RPN
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience with an interdisciplinary clinical team in Acute Care, LTC, or Home Care
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, specifically in Continence and Skin Care
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills (verbal and written)
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong time-management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and functions
- Confidence in developing and providing education based on adult learning principles
- Flexibility to accommodate the needs of LTC homes, including travel
