What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on incontinence and skin care products
- Collaborate with the LTC Clinical and Sales Team to enhance account growth and implement programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practice recommendations in incontinence and skin care
- Complete weekly account updates utilizing designated spreadsheets
- Attend conferences and sales meetings for continuous learning and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current registration as an RN or RPN
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an interdisciplinary clinical team in acute care, LTC, or home care settings
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in medical devices, specifically in continence and skin care
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and providing education based on adult learning principles
- Proven problem-solving skills with solid analytical capabilities
- Flexibility in adapting to a variety of tasks and functions
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight as required
