      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, facilitate, and track Commercial Capabilities programs
      - Assist in the creation and implementation of blended learning solutions for SGWS Teams and supplier partners
      - Develop strong business partnerships with SGWS management to adapt training programs as needed
      - Manage concurrent activities and deadlines for training deliveries and assigned projects
      - Provide peer mentoring and constructive feedback to teammates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
      - 3 years of demonstrated experience working on SGWS BI tools
      - 1 year of experience in the 3-tier beverage industry
      - Ability to travel domestically 75% of the time, with potential for more during peak project periods
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of 3-tier industry sales tools, processes, or technologies
      - Experience with analytics and training within the beverage industry
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software applications related to job functions
