What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, facilitate, and track Commercial Capabilities programs
- Assist in creating and implementing blended learning solutions with team members
- Incorporate adaptive facilitation styles for both classroom and virtual training sessions
- Develop strong business partnerships with management to address training needs
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to teammates for their development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- 3 years of demonstrated experience working with BI tools
- 1 year of experience in the 3-tier beverage industry
- Ability to travel domestically 75% of the time each month
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience in analytics and training within the beverage industry
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other job-related software applications
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to create efficiencies in work processes
