- Track, organize and distribute key artist and release assets, including publicity photos, cover art, lyrics, ad units, and audio/video liners
- Generate retail marketing planners for internal use by Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams.
- Helping setup and monitor pre-save and pre-adds for upcoming releases
- Assist in the creation of presentations for internal and partner meetings
- Manage and advise on delivery logistics and key metadata updates in coordination between the Commercial Partnerships and Release Planning teams.
- Assist with one off special multi-team projects relating to overall broader strategy, data analytics, metadata optimization, API integrations, and more
- Pull sales and streaming data to relay internally and to artist managers.
- Keep partners up to date with release updates and changes via shared grids
- Assist in coordination and submission of release information (including artist, title, upc, pricing, etc.) to ensure timely setup of product pages
- Upload Pandora AMP liners, Amazon Spotlight liners, and Spotify Canvas’ and Clips.
- Assist the Head of Dept with travel, meetings, and expenses as needed.
- You will have at least 2 year experience with working knowledge in physical and digital music industry with prior experience in music and sales/distribution strongly preferred.
- You will have a Bachelor’s degree.
- An exceptional communicator with extraordinary time management skills.
- A proactive, intuitive, curious, self-starter who has strong problem solving, analytic, and interpersonal skills while being able to work independently.
- You will have the ability to manage time and priorities set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
- An extremely organized professional and be able to create and maintain very strong business relationships.
- Must have a passionate commitment to music and artists and be available to attend evening showcases/events
- Working knowledge of Country/Christian/Worship/Gospel music or the marketplace preferred
- Ability to travel locally (between two Tennessee locations – 15 miles)

As a Specialist, Commercial Partnerships, Sony Music Nashville & Provident labels, you will play a key role in the Commercial Partnerships team by supporting the tasks needed to deliver music for our artists. Your role will include compiling, generating, and distributing daily, weekly and monthly sales figures, reports and campaign specific assets, managing delivery logistics for our digital releases with release planning, as well as some general administrative support.
