      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the main point of contact for assigned international or domestic partners, managing communication and service requests
      - Coordinate and fulfill content distribution, including onboarding, delivery requirements, and post-delivery management
      - Utilize enterprise systems to update fulfillment records and manage metadata and video updates
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during the deal negotiation process to provide guidance on technical requirements and timelines
      - Maintain oversight of priority program requests and ensure timely processing and delivery of content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, production services, media supply chain, or digital distribution
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AirTable and SharePoint is a plus
      - Knowledge of global broadcast standards and digital media platforms preferred
      - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
