      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide command and control of incident management for the Care organization, advocating for the customer experience
      - Manage ticketing processes, including tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
      - Compile and report on daily Realtime Reports, particularly for Weather/Disaster Recovery
      - Monitor customer care performance across the company footprint and vendor partners
      - Open and operate incident management bridge calls to coordinate mitigation efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficient verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
      - Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with availability for nights and weekends as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and applications
