      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee incident management and advocate for the customer experience across the organization
      - Manage ticket creation, tracking, follow-up, and escalation processes
      - Gather and organize incident-related information for operational needs and disaster recovery
      - Monitor customer care performance across the company's footprint and vendor partners
      - Prepare and analyze performance reports for regional and national programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficient verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule
      - Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with incident management systems and customer service
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication tools such as MS Teams and Slack
      - Previous experience in a media or technology environment
