What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Author scientifically valid clinical trial registration and results postings on various public disclosure registries
- Prepare study registration and results postings based on source documents and guide the posting through review and approval
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Respond to internal and clinical review comments on public disclosures and amend disclosures as necessary
- Participate in meetings and keep Project Leads informed of any potential issues affecting work quality or timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline
- At least one year of experience authoring protocol registrations and/or results disclosures on ClinicalTrials.gov or EudraCT
- Experience in authoring International Council for Harmonisation clinical/regulatory documents
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/logical thinking skills
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and work under pressure both independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with United States and/or European Union legislation for clinical trial registration and result disclosure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Demonstrated team skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in medical publications or regulatory product labeling
- Ability to abstract information from source documents
