      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Operational Risk Management through risk assessments and collaboration with the Risk Analysis & Diagnostics team
      - Evaluate financial, safety, operational, environmental, and reputational risks and recommend optimal risk treatments
      - Support Hazard Identification and maintain control performance information in the hazard inventory
      - Develop and maintain Risk Management policies, procedures, and governance documents
      - Provide training and mentorship to colleagues and external consultants

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in relevant areas such as Risk Management for Oil & Gas assets
      - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently under regulatory scrutiny
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
      - Working knowledge of risk identification techniques, particularly HAZOP, FMEA, and What-If studies
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical topics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Engineering or an MBA
      - Experience using risk analysis tools including PHAST/SAFETI, BowTie XP, and others
      - Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as OSHA and API 1173
      - Experience with programming languages like VBA, Python, or R
      - Familiarity with AI/ML and handling large datasets for risk analysis
