  • Will be responsible for day-to-day General Accounting, Accounts Payable and other areas of Finance
  • Will be providing support in the Month-end, Quarter-end and Annual period end closing activities
  • Will be working on post closing activities like report preparation, reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Account Reconciliations package, Assist in the préparation of reports and/or financial analysis required by the business
  • Must be flexible on changing roles and assignements
  • Able to take ad hoc activities/tasks as needed

  • Technical Skills:

  • Must be knowledgeable of General Accounting, Financial Statement preparation, Management Reports, Accounts Reconciliation, Audit
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Have a good grasp of accounting processes and internal control practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, flexible and offers solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work well within the team
  • Can work with very minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

  Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • University degree in Accountancy or similar discipline (Management Accounting, Management/Business Engineering)
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 5 years of work experience
