- Being point of contact for all package questions of the person that will be relocated to another country
- Provide day to day management of relocation service
- Communication with external suppliers
- Global mobility support for relocating employees
- Internal policy interpretation
- Calculation of income, deliver cost estimations, calculate allowances
- If necessary support in relocation related questions such as visa, permits, housing
- Experience in HR/global mobility agenda is a great advantage
- Fluent in English language is a must
- Advanced level of MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and VBA scripting is a must
- Accurate, process and data oriented person
- Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and very good at process related questions
- Excellent in communication and flexible to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
- Open-minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
- Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines

Minimum salary: 1680 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
