About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.

Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Specialist, Guest Experience , You Will..

The Guest Experience Specialist role will encompass support in guest experience operations. They will provide strong support in managing various aspects of the guest experience department, while supporting the internal as well as the external guest experience objectives of creating extraordinary experiences, one moment at a time.

More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…

• Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and delivery of a comprehensive guest experience program that focuses on the consistent practice of our service culture, vision, and values by Hollywood Park employees and partners.
• Provides support to the Guest Experience Team (i.e., training, scheduling, guest service centers, premium, accessibility, entries, and engagement).
• Assist with all Guest Experience Operations, including but not limited to staffing, and guest accessibility support and follow-up care.
• Provide administrative support for Guest Experience team member staff; scheduling, checking emails, updating records, and maintaining communication with team members.
• Ability to work independently to execute all tasks needed for event day execution.
• Support the development of programs that assist team members with disabilities achieve success in the stadium and theater environment.
• Assists in facilitating the ADA Training Program for team members to include content around Accessibility Terminology, etiquette, and Title 3 guidelines.
• Assist in the execution of the Accessibility program.
• Oversee Event Day Prep Tasks & delegate to the part-time staff.
• Actively participate in the creation, implementation and delivery of a comprehensive guest experience program that focuses on the consistent practice of our service culture, vision and values by Hollywood Park employees and partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

We’d Love to Hear From People With….

• 1 year experience in working in an operational role.
• Bachelor's Degree in sport/Event Management, Hospitality, Training & Education, HR, or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field, preferred.
• Possess a high degree of personal integrity and perform all duties in a professional and businesslike manner.
• Passion for providing the highest quality guest service.
• Must be a creative problem solver who can identify solutions and address guest concerns efficiently and professionally while remaining calm under pressure.
• Must be adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to create and manage a collaborative and diverse workforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
• Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient with the internet, E-mail, and Google Suite.
• Respond in a timely manner to the requests of the Guest Experience team member, as well as requests from other departments.

• Serve as the liaison between departments and partners.
• Responsible for ensuring that part-time staff is in compliance with Company handbook and other Company policies and expectations.
• Ability to work independently, using proper judgment and initiative.

Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000
